While his talent came to light in 2018, three years later Julien Sebbag is at the helm of several successful restaurants: Créatures on the roof terrace of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann and, more recently, Micho, a gourmet sandwich shop on rue de Richelieu in Marseille.
